I am an ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer and Microsoft Certified Professional with a BS in Computer Science, and Associate Degrees in Electronic Technology and Technical Management. A Project Management Professional (PMP), I have also carried out graduate work in Personnel Management and served as a Technical Reviewer for ReviewNet Corporation, an internet-based provider of pre-employment testing for IT personnel.

I am the chapter author of two books, “Encyclopedia of Energy Engineering and Technology” and “Case Studies and Applications of Web Based Energy Information and Control Systems.” I have been featured in the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) magazine, Maintenance Technology, and CODE Magazine. I am the owner of Optimal Consulting LLC, a small company that provides software development.

As a Gulf War veteran, I have been honored for my contributions to the Armed Services as seen by my many military decorations which include Joint Service Commendation, Air Force Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, three Air Force Achievement Medals, and the National Defense Service Medal.
